Warranty Coverage
We provide a 3-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential or commercial use.
This warranty applies to the structural integrity and functional components of eligible products, including wardrobe systems, vanities, dressing tables, bunk beds, loft beds, foldable beds, cabinetry, hardware, fittings, sliding mechanisms, hinges, drawer runners, and integrated accessories supplied with the product.
What Is Covered
- Structural defects in frames or panels
- Faulty hardware or fittings within the warranty period
- Manufacturing faults affecting normal use
- Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use conditions
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper assembly or misuse
- Damage from accidents, impact, improper handling, or overloading
- Cosmetic damage (e.g. scratches, dents, minor marks) after use
- Damage caused by moisture, sunlight, heat exposure, mould, or environmental conditions
- Issues caused by failure to follow care or assembly instructions
- Minor colour variations, wood grain differences, or natural material characteristics
- Commercial abuse, improper modifications, or unauthorised repairs
- Consumable parts that naturally deteriorate over time through regular use
Assembly Responsibility
Many of our products require self-assembly. Please follow the provided instructions carefully.
We are not responsible for damage or issues resulting from incorrect assembly, modification, or improper installation.
If you require assistance, optional paid assembly services may be available in selected areas.
Bunk Bed & Loft Bed Safety
For safety reasons, bunk beds and loft beds must be assembled and used according to the instructions provided.
Regular checks of fittings, screws, ladders, guard rails, and structure are recommended to ensure continued safety and stability.
Price Match Guarantee
We are committed to offering competitive pricing.
If you find the same product advertised at a lower total price (including shipping costs) by another Australian retailer, we may match that price.
To qualify for a price match:
- The product must be identical in size, colour, specifications, and condition
- The lower price must be publicly advertised and verifiable
- The comparison must include shipping and delivery fees
- Price match requests must be submitted before placing your order
We reserve the right to decline price match requests that involve clearance sales, liquidation offers, pricing errors, marketplace sellers, or non-authorised retailers.
15-Day Price Protection
If the product you purchased is reduced in price on our website within 15 days of your order date, we will refund the price difference.
Conditions:
- The request must be submitted within 15 days of purchase
- The lower price must apply to the same product and specifications
- Promotional bundles, clearance items, limited-time flash sales, or coupon-exclusive offers may be excluded
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the problem
- Photos of packaging if damage occurred during delivery
Claims should be submitted as soon as the issue is discovered.
Resolution
After reviewing your claim, we may offer one of the following solutions depending on the situation:
- Replacement parts
- Repair service
- Product replacement
- Store credit
- Partial or full refund (where appropriate)
Resolution methods are determined at our discretion based on product condition, issue severity, and stock availability.
Australian Consumer Law
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
