We want you to be delighted with your Livinaro purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, our return process is designed to be clear and straightforward.
Returns & Authorisation
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
To request a return, please contact our customer support team and provide your order number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and clear photos of the product and packaging where applicable.
All returns must be authorised by our customer support team before any item is sent back. Once approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days using the return instructions and return address provided by our team.
Items returned without prior authorisation may be refused or returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
Eligibility & Exclusions
To qualify for a refund, items must be in resellable condition. We cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been assembled, installed, or used.
- Products damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or incorrect assembly.
- Large furniture that has been unpacked and cannot be returned in original condition.
- Products with missing parts, damaged packaging, or signs of wear after delivery.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a confirmed product fault or our error.
- For large furniture, we recommend checking measurements carefully before ordering, as return freight costs can be significant.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
- Customers are responsible for arranging suitable return transport for oversized furniture items.
Damaged or Faulty Items
- Please inspect your delivery and contact us within 48 hours of receipt if any damage or issues are found.
- Provide a brief description along with clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- We may offer replacement parts, repairs, store credit, product replacement, or a refund depending on the issue.
Warranty
- 3-Year Warranty: Covers all manufacturing defects.
- 12-Month Warranty: Covers hardware components.

Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
